Orders fulfilled by DHL/Fedex/UPS, usually dispatched from Hong Kong (unless location is stated as France) within 5 working days, delivered in 3-7 working days depending on the buyer's location.

Standard Returns Policy (for non-EU customers):

Individual buyers outside of the European Union have 3 days following receipt to formally notify us in writing that they want to return the item. The bag must then be shipped back to the return address provided by us within 14 days from receipt of the product. Customers will be refunded the payment less 5% payment processing fees, outbound delivery cost, return handling fees of 30USD, and cost of authentication (including shipping to and from the authenticator) that Luxbags incurred in the event that you chose an authentication service at checkout. All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels. Luxbags will not be responsible for any shipping costs and any other costs (such as customs and import fees) relating to the return of items. Risk of loss remains with the customer until Luxbags receives the returned goods.

European Union 14-day Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers):

Customers who are natural persons acting outside of a professional and/or commercial capacity, are legally and habitually resident in the European Union, and have their shipping address for the order in the European Union have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal under EU law for a full refund of the purchase price and standard delivery costs. No handling or processing fees will be applied to EU statutory returns. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to the return address provided by us. All returned items must have security tags intact and be in the same condition as sold. Risk of loss remains with the customer until Luxbags receives the returned goods.
