Delivery and Returns


We deliver to all countries that are not subject to any trade sanctions imposed by the U.S., EU and/or UN.

All items are dispatched from Hong Kong. 


For buyers outside Hong Kong, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs charges and import taxes upon delivery. Please click here to view the customs and import taxes in your country. 

Option to prepay all duties and taxes is available. This way you will know the import charges upfront and let us handle all the customs clearance for you. Please contact us to request this service. 



Standard Returns Policy:

For online purchases, you have 14 days to return the item for refund or exchange - but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel that you will be returning. You will only be refunded the payment less 5% payment processing fees, delivery cost, returning handling fees of 30USD, and cost of authentication (including shipping to and from the authenticator) that Luxbags incurred should you chose authentication service at checkout. 

All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels.

Luxbags will not be responsible for any costs relating to the return of items. We recommend using an insured method of transit.
