Delivery, Returns & Refunds


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (USD 65)

Items are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong unless the item's location is stated as France in the description.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, and standard delivery with DHL/UPS/Fedex takes 3-7 working days. 

Free economy shipping for accessories, which takes 4-20 days. 

CUSTOMS and TAX

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs charges and import taxes that may be due upon delivery. Please click here to view the customs and import taxes in your country. 

Option to prepay all duties and taxes is available. This way you will know the import charges upfront and let us handle all the customs clearance for you. Please contact us to request this service. 

 

RETURNS

Standard Returns Policy:

Cancellation before order is dispatched:

All cancellations are subject to 5% payment processing fees. 

Return or exchange after delivery:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item for a full refund or exchange - but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel that you will be returning. You will only be refunded the payment less 5% payment processing fees, delivery cost, returning handling fees of 30USD, and cost of authentication (including shipping to and from the authenticator) that Luxbags incurred in the event that you chose an authentication service at checkout.

All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels. Luxbags will not be responsible for any costs relating to the return of items. We recommend using an insured method of transit.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, customers resident in, and having their shipping address for the order in, the European Union have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal under EU law for a full refund of the purchase price and standard delivery costs. No handling or processing fees will be applied to EU statutory returns. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. All returned items must have security tags intact and be in the same condition as sold. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

LIFETIME AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

At Luxbags, we are committed to the fight against counterfeits and provide a lifetime authenticity guarantee on every handbag we sell. If a handbag is proven to be non-authentic by a recognised, professional third-party authentication service at any time after your purchase, we offer the following:
Within 12 months of purchase: A full 100% refund to your original payment method.
After 12 months: A full refund in the form of store credit.
To process a claim, Luxbags requires a written assessment from a reputable authentication authority. Luxbags reserves the right to request a second examination by an independent authenticator of our choice to verify the findings.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
