As a fashion lover on a tight budget, I found London to be a paradise. Back then, where I grew up in China and Singapore, buying secondhand was seen as cheapskate. In 2023, the fashion world is changing rapidly, and buying pre-loved is becoming more mainstream as it is seen as both trendy and sustainable.

With the rise of platforms such as Vestiaire Collective, shopping second hand online has become more fashionable than ever. But I couldn't find a platform that gives me a personal customer service that I enjoy at thrift stores or brand flagship stores.

This trend towards sustainability, and abcense of personal customer service inspired me to establish Luxbags.
