We know your biggest concern of buying pre-loved designer items online is authenticity. Don't worry! We have you covered. 

All our bags go through a rigorous 3-step authentication process.

Step 1: Independent Authenticator

All our bags are authenticated by a certified independent authenticator before being listed for sale.

Step 2: In-house inspection

Our in-house experts assess meticulously the authenticity and condition, ensuring that we transparently represent its true condition in our listings.

Step 3: Final Check at Sale (Paid add-on)

Customers can select additional authentication via Entrupy conducted by Luxbags or Email authentication conducted by an authenticator of customer's choice.

All bags are already in-person authenticated at the time of listing by third party authentication service providers. The report can be provided on request. You may select additional authentication at checkout. An email authentication costs 15 USD and in-person authentication costs 35 USD. Email authentication is free for items above 1500 USD.

In-person Authentication

We use the top authenticator in Hong Kong - Hong Kong Luxury Authentication Centre (HKLAC). We do not have any affiliations with HKLAC.

What happens when you select in-person authentication at check-out:

1. Once you have made the payment, we will ship the product to HKLAC

2. After HKLAC verifies the authenticity of the item and the report will be shared with you. 

3. You can choose to accept the report and confirm the purchase, then we will ship the item to your delivery address. Just stay home and wait for your next favourite bag to arrive! 

4. If you choose to cancel the sale even if the item is authentic, then you will only be refunded the payment less the cost of authentication and shipping to and from the authenticator that Luxbags incurred.
