Had a really positive experience buying from Luxbags for the very first time. Jiaxin was super responsive to my emails with questions around custom charges since I am in the UK. As soon as I made the purchase, the bag was shipped out the very same day and arrived in 3-4 days (including the weekend). The bag was packaged beautifully, it didn't come with its original box which I was aware of but it was still packaged in a generic box which I can use to keep the bag stored safely when I am not using it. Overall a really good experience shopping with Luxbags and I would 100% buy from Jiaxin again.

LuxBags was great to deal with and very responsive to all chat inquiries. We had back-and-forth conversations via chat, even though I was in NY and they were in Hong Kong. Would definitely buy from them again.

The bag is SUPERLATIVE i have no worlds to describe, it's simply perfect and beautiful. LOVED IT!!

Incroyable! Le sac est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le cuir est si beau, si luxueux et doux! Et la forme du fendi baguette mamma est juste incroyable. Compact mais assez large pour porter vos affaires. Et ca donne un côté très chic à la tenue. Je risque d’en acheter d’autres. Merci beaucoup !
