3-Step Authentication Process

We know your biggest concern when buying pre-loved designer items online is authenticity. Don't worry! We have you covered. 

All our bags go through a rigorous 3-step authentication process.

Step 1: Independent Authenticator

All our bags are authenticated by a certified independent authenticator before being listed for sale.

Step 2: In-House Inspection

Our in-house experts assess meticulously the authenticity and condition, ensuring that we transparently represent its true condition in our listings.

Step 3: Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity (Paid add-on)

Customers can select authentication via Entrupy conducted by Luxbags.

All bags have already been authenticated at the time of listing by professional third-party authentication services. You may select additional authentication at checkout, for which you will receive a report/certificate.

Additionally, you may choose email authentication with any of the following service providers. Please note we do not have any affiliation with any of them.

After-sales Authenticity Guarantee

At Luxbags, we are committed to the fight against counterfeits and provide an after-sales authenticity guarantee on every handbag we sell. If a handbag is independently proven to be non-authentic within 90 days of your purchase, we offer a full refund to your original payment method, provided the item is verified to be the exact item sold by Luxbags and is returned in its original sold condition. To process a claim, Luxbags requires a written and signed or stamped assessment from a recognised, professional third-party authentication service. Luxbags reserves the right to request a second examination by an independent authenticator of our choice to verify the findings.
